The facilities of the Industrial Slaughterhouse of Veria, as well as the mechanical equipment have been designed according to strict sanitary standards. It is the largest slaughterhouse in the Balkans with three different slaughter lines: for cattle, pigs and sheep and goats. Before entering the slaughterhouse, the animals strictly comply with all animal transport protocols and are accompanied by the necessary documents for their movement, which are checked by state officials.

The slaughterhouse has modern stabling facilities for the rest and feeding of the animals. The waiting areas are comfortable and the slaughterhouse's qualified staff ensure that the animals have access to clean drinking water.

The quality of our meats is hygienically controlled. The control is carried out during the life of the animal in our facilities and then at the time of slaughter by state veterinarians.

It is the only slaughterhouse that has a pre-freezing area, thus ensuring the quality of the meat, while at the same time, in the spacious cooling areas, the carcasses can remain for the required period of time before distribution.
