Cutting, deboning, standardisation and packaging are carried out in accordance with national and Community regulations, applying strict control and good management systems for fresh meat. Modern cutting equipment is used for slicing and deboning, ensuring the safety of the products and of the workers.
Our company implements a traceability system, monitoring the meat from raw material to the final product, supervising all stages of production, processing, transportation and distribution for consumption.
The finished products are delivered from our own refrigerated trucks, keeping the quality of the meat unchanged.
